Rate change 3rd time

Hello Im taking my possessions as soon as I arrive back in Texas my rate has went up 3 or 4 times within the last year or so . Im very disappointed with the way this is being handled. Im a valued customer and will not keep paying for whatever extras you all are adding on and I still have the same storage space. My rate should not keep going higher and I dont feel its worth it the space is not that large to be paying over a hundred dollars every month!

Security issue at property

This is the worst storage facility EVER!!! (iStorage on Union Road, White House, TN) The gate is constantly broken and left wide open 24 hours a day!!!

So you are not paying for secured storage at all...but you are definitely being charged for it!!!

They like to raise your rent very shortly after you move in. And they don't cut you any slack for having an open gate that anyone can just go in and have full access to your lockers any time of day. I got one little discount once after I had to raise *** but after that they charged me even more and raised prices.

Then they told me I could move out...and wouldn't get back to me with a move out date til it was too late to get out of there and they charged me an extra month with late fees. Scam artists!!!

Said they couldn't get back to me because they were closed due to bad weather...but were literally messaging me remotely while the office was closed to tell me that...so they can email without being at the office!!! So they are liars too!!!

Just all around bad people to rent from.

I even went into the office one time to update my change of address because their worthless website wouldn't do it...and the office girl took it upon herself to register me for automatic payments to come out of my bank account when I did that...pretty sure that was illegal!!!

Stay away from this place... that's the best advice I can give!!!

They are worthless.. I spoke to two different customer service reps and both told me they they were escalating my issue to upper management and that someone would be getting a hold of me...

that never happened!!! They are the worst storage facility I have ever used in my life!!! And an added note...I went to move out of there worthless storage unit and all of my boxes in the back of my unit were soaking wet so their *** units leak too!!!

And I got the pleasure of meeting one of my neighbors who was also moving out for the same terrible treatment and they also never received notice of price increases and and they had automatic payments come out each month and management would purposely not take out his payment on time and then charge him late fees...same thing they did to me after not reply to me until it was too late to move out and then they charged me late fees. SCAM ARTISTS!!!

Went to my storage unit today to get in and discovered there was a red lock on my storage unit that isnt mine. I questioned the young lady in the office. She told me she put it on and I asked her why because I am on auto pay conversation, did not go well, she was sick or something and kept telling me to stay back. I have no problem with that but the attitude that she gave is a problem. A note I never got close to her because I didnt want to catch what she has.

Ive been paying $71 for my unit since July when I got the storage that was the set price they made me pay $196 last month plus put it in auction Im suppose to have money come out of my bank account on the 1st of each month because Im on Ssi the two young men that was there set all this up for me and now that Heather and another lady is there they are telling me that I have to pay $96 for the unit plus late fees when it was set up for automatic payment for the 1st of each month and the late fee would be waive due to it being only a few days short before the first Ive never had a problem until the ladies that are there came along Ive even asked to move the date to the 1st so we wont run into a problem but shes saying I have to pay more for that and I dont agree with that even told me if I didnt like it I can move what kind of customer service is that Ive been there a few times trying to get in during normal business hours and couldnt to pay and get into my storage and couldnt which lead me to call corporate to find out why nobody was there mind you I wasnt behind on my bil Im a customer who pays her bill so do I need to get attorney to get involved? Ive tried to pay my $71 for my storage and she wont except it please call me back as soon as possible 941285**** thank you

Unprofessional managers

I literally just moved into my unit and the manager there is so unprofessional I'll be moving my property back out this weekend I refuse to deal with unprofessionalism especially when I'm paying my $ and I'll be reporting this facility and they will definitely get a bad review from me and I won't allow any of my family or friends to rent from this facility

I showed up at my unit today and discovered there was a red lock on my unit. Thats not mine that belongs to I storage..

I dont understand what happened Im on auto pay. I talked to the woman in the office and told me that she put it on there because of my payment. How can that be? Im on auto pay.

I thought the conversation started out good on my end, but she was rude and disrespectful. I didnt do anything to deserve this.. Now when I went in initially got this unit, everything was fine happy go atmosphere. I didnt see that today..

when I first went and talked to her about me getting a storage unit and everything was fine. I told her I wanted to be on auto pay. She didnt do that. I dont know why.

And this little mistake cost me a late fee, which I did pay.

And I wanted her to be sure I was on auto pay, and she said yes you are now. ???

The manager was very rude to me when I called to get my bill corrected when they overcharged me. She even yelled at me and hung up on me.

When I called the corporate office they were very polite and found the mistake. They apologized and were happy to help me. I informed her of the rude behavior of the manager. They said they would take care of it. And they fixed my bill.

Terrible service

Theres a lock on my unit. I made a &545 payment on Friday and after 40 calls to customer service, they have not removed the lock There has no one been in the office for a week. Theres mail piled up at the door. I was told the area manager would meet me here within a half hour to remove it. That was 2 hours ago and and are still waiting. We have gotten NO assistance. I leave town Sunday. This is unbelievable.

My storage has been broken into and many valuable items were stolen. I am highly pissed off,,and would like to hear from someone who can answer my questions. 478-747-**** Dr. Irene Belle. Thank you

My complaint is that someone broke into my storage and stole many items, and from several other units as well at the Shurling Dr. Macon Ga location. The manager told us last month he was putting cameras in but as of December this month No cameras have been installed. The burglars came back today and broke the border off and took more stuff. Now what will happen to my getting my stuff back when there are no cameras in place. Very dissatisfied with your company.

Not happy with the service I received at the Greenwood location at all! Spoke with team and manager who both looked over what I was calling about.

May account with charged on November 30th 2023 which should have been and always has been the 1st of every month since Ive had an account here. The early payment caused my bank account an overdraft! I called to get clarification and both kept speaking over me. I wanted to changed my payment date to the second or third of the month and got nothing but a bad headache after talking to the both of these people.

I asked for an email from the manager for the update and to this date have not received anything which Im not happy about! I would like to speak to the boss if this manager in regards to this situation.

I set up my units on auto pay and apparently your system is the worst ever because every time I think my account is back on auto pay I get calls looking for payment.. it just ridiculous people set up auto pay for a reason..

Rent to high in time period

Why our rent went up double sense we moved in only a few months ago. When rented never was told that our rent would almost double in the time period. Can you help with some discounts? This is very expensive for us. Thanks Tim Malone
